COVID-19 Information Privacy

To assist NZ efforts to combat COVID-19 (Coronavirus), participants at Willowby training days have their names and phone numbers recorded. This is done individually so other participants do not see other people’s details.

The information is held securely in paper form for two months from the date of each training day, then destroyed.

This information is only released at the express request of relevant authorities performing contact tracing for COVID-19 infections.

 

Willowby is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993, and in the spirit of other privacy legislation worldwide.
